Sergey Budko
Born: February 11,19651991-graduated from the Plekhanov Institute of Mines.
2000-graduated from the Repin Institute of Painting,Sculpture and Architecture.
Member of the Saint-Petersburg Union of Artists.
Took part in Saint-Petersburg and international exhibitions.
His works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
Since 2001 he works in the Baltic Institute of Ecology,Politics and Law,design faculty.
